We are looking for a Software Support Specialist to join our Company in Riyadh.

The Software Support Specialist is responsible for Provide resolutions to software problems

And assisting clients with any technological issues they encounter also making reports about tickets and technical issues and reporting them to IT management.

The main responsibilities of a Software Support Specialist Officer include:

Responsibilities:

Provide resolutions to software problems with in-depth technical support for customers over Zendesk, Email and phone.
Assist customers while integration with MyFatoorah APIs
Provide troubleshooting for common issues based on MyFatoorah Knowledgebase.
Report to team lead with different statistics regarding issues and tickets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or advanced training in Computer science
2+ years working on software support or related field.
Knowledge of Restful APIs
Knowledge of e-Payment business is a plus.
Excellent command of English (Writing, Speaking)
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
