Our client from design and digital marketing industry is looking to hire a Sales Associate for their office based in Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities:

Engage and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their creative requirements.
Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Present our diverse portfolio of creative services and products to potential clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client expectations and project scopes.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide insights and suggestions for enhancing our offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, within the creative industry or related field.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Good command of English & Arabic language.
