Our client from a leading Travel and Tourism industry is seeking to hire a professional Graphic Designer for their Dubai division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinating with various divisions in the company for their promotions and advertisements and all other marketing activities.
Monitors the latest trend in social media and deliberates/analyzes the company’s presence on the platform Assist in creating and running social media campaigns and promoting events.
A website coordinator in charge of publishing content, maintaining continuity of themes, designing banners, streamlining navigation, and increasing online presence to potential customers (in Arabic & English).
Promoting products & services according to the company’s policy and regulation on social media and networking.
Design, coordinating, and monitoring of all digital communications, including email marketing both in English and Arabic.
Perform analytics and produce reports to aid decision-making and enhance communications Study competition, conduct benchmark analysis, and identify market trends.
To assist in developing marketing plans, including market analysis, marketing strategies, planning, and budgeting.
Assist in measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, email direct marketing, social networking, promotions, and special events – recommending improvement strategies where needed.
Assist to the delivery of data analysis from a variety of sources with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights, based on a clear understanding of business objectives Assist in implementing the company’s social media efforts Being involved with customers through the online forum community To assist in developing various advertising and collateral material Assist in updating company social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, G+, website, and mobile app, etc
Develop strategies and leverage social media followers on how to use networking sites to leverage more followers and increase traffic.
Day-to-day management of content in social platforms.

Skills/Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, management, communications, and computer science Expertise in Photoshop and other design software.
Fluent in English and Arabic writing and communication skills. Knowledge in HTML and other web design skills is preferred.
Prior experience in travel agency/airlines Competencies
Ability and desire to stay on the cutting edge of industry best practices, including frequent review of relevant blogs, websites, social media through social media streams, etc.
Ability to be creative and engage in written (English and Arabic) communication, especially within the restrictions of social media platforms, while strictly adhering to project guidelines for tone and voice
Must have knowledge of search engine analytics to maximize traffic to websites/Mobile applications.
Effective communication Commercially astute
Updated with social media current and future trends Complexity of Business
Create awareness, visibility, and grow market share
All marketing initiatives should be guided by the above objectives
