Position: Senior Customer Engineer

Summary of Position:
This posting is for a Customer Support Engineer supporting WCS. The Support Engineer will be responsible for:
After sales support for our customer base in Qatar
Installation of ATM Hardware/Software
Attend day to day ATM support calls
Preventive maintenance of ATM Machines following the best practices benchmarked by NCR
Provide assistance to customers in site preparation and planning.
Desired Education & Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Electronics/ Computers
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Products
Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support
8-10 Years Experience in Supporting NCR ATM’s
Commitment to Characteristics including customer, commercial & deadline focus, self-motivation, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility, IT literacy, strong communications skills, team working skills, adherence to company policies and processes, ability to work with various groups, ability to address ambiguous and missing requirements, fluency in English.
