Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
– Prospect and acquire new customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling, visiting, networking, and attending industry events.
– Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our IT solutions or services to potential customers.
– Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients.
– Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products or services in the market.
– Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline data.
– Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities as required.
– Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas and objectives.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Preferred to have general knowledge about hardware, software, consultation services, professional services, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions.
