Sales / Business Development Associate is required to
Find prospects and create a target client list through market research on Instagram, Food Delivery Apps, LinkedIn, etc.
Take the prospect through the sales process by engaging with them. Prequalification > Qualification > Meeting > Demo > Free Trials > Quotation > Negotiation > Follow Up > Close
Create, and alter client presentations, and book in-person and virtual meetings to conduct demos
Understand prospect’s business operations, motivations, budget, and pain points in order to come up with and pitch a fitting solution
Deliver on discussed OKRs.
Report via CRM on the previous week’s activities and the coming week’s plans.
Report on monthly and quarterly target progress and plan
Conduct continuous segmentation analysis as to what strategy is working well, and what is not working
Suggest marketing strategies required to increase inbound leads and customer engagement such as email marketing campaigns, case studies / white papers, explainer videos, etc.
Stay updated about industry trends, network, and collaborate with relevant individuals – restauranteurs, aggregators, food tech SAAS, cloud kitchens, food ministries, etc.
Liaise management, tech, data, and nutrition team as and when required based on market feedback and intel.
Time Management, Organization, Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal skills are a must
Candidate must have a growth mindset and be a problem-solver
Preferences & Requirements-
Fluent in English. Arabic is a huge plus.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred
Minimum 3 years of work experience required
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Diploma required
Background in Sales / BD, SaaS sales, Food Tech, F&B, or HORECA is preferred.
High-level Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required
Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, preferred
