Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Jafza, Dubai, UAE
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled a Forklift Operator for Warehouse, primary responsibility will be the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, load and unload materials within the facility. Forklift Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth workflow, ensuring the proper handling of goods, and adhering to all safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Operate forklifts to handle and transport materials within the warehouse or Ramp area.
· Safely load and unload goods from trucks and containers, ensuring proper stacking and secure placement.
· Perform routine inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance or operational issues.
· Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and report any discrepancies.
· Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure efficient material flow.
· Keep the work area clean and organized to facilitate a safe and efficient working environment.
· Comply with Jafza regulations and standards for forklift operation.
Requirements:
· Valid Forklift Operator License issued by relevant authorities in the UAE.
· Proven experience as a Forklift Operator, preferably in a warehouse.
· Knowledge of safety regulations and forklift operation best practices.
· Physical fitness and agility to perform the tasks associated with forklift operation.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work well in a team.
· Familiarity with Jafza regulations is a plus.
