Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and producing templates within the Website Builder tool in accordance with web development standards and support essential IT operations.
Job Description
As a member of our development team, you will be responsible to:
Working closely with stakeholders involved in template ideation and research, development, improvement, and maintenance
Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting, resolving computer problems, and answering technical questions
Assist with design projects from concept to completion, development, QA, and implementation
Work with other IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s computer systems and networks
Stay up to date on the latest technological trends and developments
The right candidate should have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in IT support and/or graphics design
Strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair problems
Strong technical skills, including experience with a variety of software applications, and operating systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, both technical and non-technical
Quick and efficient critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
