We are looking for someone who will be involved as a team member in the design and implementation of Oracle ERP systems within the corporate group, in particular analyzing business requirements, determining the right structural setup, and considering application integration, standardization and centralization
Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and identify gaps with the standard functionality offered by the Oracle Netsuite
Map company’s business requirements to Oracle Netsuite and provide solutions to bridge the identified gaps
Support implementation of Oracle across modules (financial, supply chain, human resource) and provide advice and guidance as needed
Prepare functional specifications for required customizations
Configure Oracle Applications in keeping with company requirements
Be involved in all areas related to testing, data conversion, migration, and cutover
Provide support to users and facilitate user acceptance of Oracle systems through training provided to key users
Analyze and troubleshoot problems and recommend corrective actions
Serve as project manager for some company projects, to including keeping track of workflows, timelines, and budgets
Contribute to developing an effective culture at Company, upholding company values and staff morale
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2-3 years’ work experience in implementing Oracle Netsuite/Oracle EBS/Fusion Applications
Graduate in Computer Sciences or Accounting
Good organization skills
Attention to knowledge transfer and on-the-job training
Ability to work as part of a team
Expert in Financials and Supply Chain Modules of Oracle Netsuite Applications
