We are looking for management consultants ( Mid level ) to join our team. We are only seeking candidates who have prior experience working in a reputable management consulting firm.
Key Role:
Work with organizations to execute projects targeted at improving organizational effectiveness, including those focused on organizational analysis and design, strategic planning, public policy, performance management, and business process reengineering. Serve as a member of the project team, providing analytical support to project teams and conducting research and data analysis to support the team’s analysis and recommendations. Execute project work plans in the field and identify and provide best practice information to solve clients’ needs.
Desired Skills and Experience
6 -9 years’ of experience preferred, with a minimum of 5 years with a management consulting firm
Experience in strategy design& implementation, organizational assessment, performance management, and business process reengineering.
Experience in working with the public sector in UAE and Saudi Arabia preferred
Project management certification such as PMP.
Graduate of a top-tier university – MBA or an equivalent master’s degree a plus
Prior experience in managing projects and teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
