We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Banking Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Banking Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and leading a team of 12-15 Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking sales, specifically in personal loan and credit card sales. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
– Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
– Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the personal loan and credit card segments.
– Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales potential.
– Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
– Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management review.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient sales processes.
– Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking sales, with a focus on personal loan and credit card sales.
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
