Skills – L1 support experience, Desktop Support , System support
Experience: Minimum 2 Years’ experience in IT Support.
-Perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and other related equipment and devices
-Support users in their daily activates, ticket management.
-Ensure the office IT infrastructure is always available.
-Demonstrated technical proficiency in LAN, WAN, Network Management and security.
-Knowledge of DHCP, DNS
-Office 365 Administration and Email Security.
-Administration of VMware ESX/ESXI and Veeam Backup
-Administration of SAN and NAS
-Antivirus, Windows security administration and setup.
-Troubleshooting of hardware and software.
