· Provide administrative assistance as required to management and school staff.
· Providing administrative support to staff within the school as necessary and distributing work to the reception/admin staff as necessary.
· Ensure the smooth running of the school office is maintained, particularly during periods of staff absence; be responsible for the delegation of general administrative duties
· Ensure that all school areas are kept clean and tidy
· Provide support to the on-going development and maintenance of the school
· Administration in relation to school trips/visit· Responsible for monitoring office stationery supplies and ensuring that effective and efficient ordering processes are maintained and adhered to.
· Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to health & safety, security and confidentiality, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
· To participate in induction training, staff review processes and professional development opportunities
To perform other duties as the principal may, from time to time, deem necessary.
Requirement:
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree
– Minimum 2-3 years in a managerial position
– Excellent computer skills
