Hands-On experience in servicing variety of EOT crane brands such as Kone, Demag, Abus, Morris, Terex, Munck, Stahl, etc. and all types including Single Girder, Double Girder, Gantry, Semi-Gantry, Jib, Monorails, Winches, etc.
Location: Saudi Arabia and can be assigned to different locations including Dammam, Jeddah, Yanbu, etc.
Responsibilities
1- Install and commission EOT and Jib cranes.
2- Understand structural, mechanical, and electrical systems of EOT cranes.
3- Inspect and repair overhead and jib cranes.
4- Read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot EOT crane problems.
5- Diagnose and repair three phase and single-phase electrical control circuits and motors of overhead cranes.
6- Diagnose, repair, or replace mechanical components of overhead cranes.
7- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and conduct load certification tests.
8- Lead other technicians in the team and provide necessary support for solving technical problems.
9- Interact with customer to identify technical problems, recommend solutions, and required spare parts.
10- Prepare service and completion reports for maintenance work at site.
Qualifications
1- Safety oriented.
2- VFD knowledge.
3- PLC knowledge is a plus.
4- Ability to work at elevated heights and comfortable with safety equipment.
5- Service oriented, well organized, and friendly.
6- Good English language.
7- Minimum 10 years’ experience in overhead crane services.
8- Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Electromechanical Engineering.
9- Driving license is a plus.
10- Physically fit.
