Our marketplace department is seeking a passionate and diligent Marketplace Acquisition Agent , someone who is customer-centric for immediate success, who will be managing and building the business relationship with the sellers ,this includes reaching out to new sellers. The Marketplace Acquisition Agent will also be responsible for setting up the strategies for growing the sellers pool across multiple categories . He will work closely with the Marketplace Manager ensuring SKU growth on our platform, and performing essential tasks to fulfill strategic growth plans.

What you will do:
Responsible to the growth of the marketplace platform by acquiring new Sellers to join the platform.
Ensure that every new Seller fills the correct Paperwork for smooth onboarding
Provide assistance to Account Managers, in communicating with new sellers
Follow and monitor the vendors listing and pricing
Make Data driven decisions on which SKUs can provide the most impact to Marketplace performance
Work with business owners to understand where is the market gap
Utilize lead generations efficiently to onboard new Sellers
Understands customers’ needs and deliver results by conducting market research
Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales
Consistently monitor and understand competitive pricing landscapes
Provides value-added recommendations to enhance systems and programs or resolve Selling Partners’ issues
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Minimum 1 year experience in sales
Knowledge of relevant computer applications/Microsoft office
Knowledge of basic business principles
Fluent in both English and Arabic
Strong time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of customer service principles
Proactive and self-driven attitude, excellent at problem solving
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in F&B
Energetic and excited about joining a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
