We are looking for a talented Photographer/Videographer/Content Creator to plan, create and edit all visual content for RE/MAX PK Properties for multiple use – listings, social media, digital campaigns, website, print, events and others.
PK Properties was established in Dubai in 2002. We emerged as a driving force in the ever-expanding Dubai real estate market and we continue our growth today under dedicated and experienced leadership. In 2019, we took on the RE/MAX Franchise with the aim to become industry leaders and to consolidate our brand globally.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative ideas to produce engaging content that aligns with Re/Max brand
Upon receipt of an assignment, create a plan including schedule, requirements, and process
Photograph interiors of secondary market (re-sale or rental) properties with professionalism and style
Work with agents to generate creative content and video concepts to deliver campaigns or new project launch content
Create and update visual content to be used for events, presentations, email campaigns, social media posts on a regular basis
Think creatively throughout the full video production process, from conceptualization, scheduling, filming through editing and posting content
Manage and maintain inventory record of all relevant photo/video assets
Ensure consistency and relevancy to production and monitor technical quality of videos
Timely creation of schedule for shoots
Write and edit content when needed to improve content quality and boost audience engagement
Collaborate with internal and external departments on events, occasions and listings shoot and seek opportunities for new content creation
Stay up to date with emerging trends
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrate skills relevant to composition, correct exposure, color grading, perspective and editing/retouching
Attention to detail
Proficient in photoshop, illustrator, adobe premiere, and other editing software
Great visualization skills and willingness to bring innovative elements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in photography/videography and editing, preferably in a real estate environment
Deadline oriented mindset and able to work quickly and efficiently
Flexible and responsive to fast changing environments and requirements
