Repton School Al Barsha is seeking an outstanding Admissions Officer for an immediate start.
The Admissions Officer is a key commercial position in each of our schools, reporting to the School Registrar with overall accountability for achieving the school’s enrolment objectives.
The role requires a highly proactive individual with a proven track record of sales experience and exceptional customer service. The individual will use their skill set to showcase the school to prospective parents, and ensuring that the school’s admissions and enrolments activity meets regulatory requirements. We are searching for a proactive individual who will ideally have a combination of sales and administrative experience.
Responsibilities*
Provide a warm welcome when meeting with prospective parents to explain admission procedures, curriculum, fee structure and regulations, and provide in-depth tours of the school that showcase the school’s USP’s
Working closely with the compliance team to ensure full completion and accurate KHDA registrations
Manage the document collection process including accurate recording
Working with the Marketing and Academic teams, support the planning and execution of Admissions events
Update, maintain and manage the student information database ensuring that up to date information is available on a daily basis
Support the reception team during peak periods and absences

Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field from an accredited University
2 years of experience in relevant field with a clear track record of achievement in a sales / target driven role
Fluent in written and spoken English (iELTS of 8/9 if not a first language)
Capable of working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task
Exceptional customer service
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel (iSams and Hubspot is an advantage)
Salary for this position is between AED 6000 to AED 8000 dependent upon experience, plus a performance related incentive
Hours are 7.30am – 4.30pm although some flexibility will be required at times
