Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor

About the Client:

Job Role:
Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
Maintain quality control for all food served
Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
Manage restaurant staff’s work schedules
Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Open to Filipino nationals
Male, 35 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Restaurant Supervisor in a fast-food chain
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
