Responsibilities

Check and assist customer about ETA of their shipment and collectable charges without any delays.
Ensure the collection of original documents
Coordinate with EDI team, if any correction is required
Ensure the full payments if all dues before issuing the DO
Updating local charges and printing receipts then sending to customers.
Checking BLs type (OBL – Express – Telex).
Tracking shipments using BL number, booking No., Container No. then advise the customer on arrival date.
Checking vessels by checking of BLs in vessel wise.
Updating SAP code if needed. • Preparing D/O documents transferee copy, RCT, BL copy for EDI.
Receiving surrender BLs subject for RE-EXPORT and released
Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role

• Bachelor in Maritime Operations is preferred or a bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Must be active and taking ownership to complete the task on time

• Other languages are preferred

• Previous experience in shipping is added advantage

Good in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills.

Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
