Physiotherapist Main Job responsibilities :
1- Establishes a good understanding of the areas needed for support and guidance for each product specialist.
2- Based on the areas of support needed, he conducts a plan for each one detailing the modes of support through training, guidance sessions and direct on field support such as attending meetings with KOLs.
3- Works actively to support the product specialists in any inquiry or challenge faced including and not limited to: pricing quotations and tenders, disputes with other team members and dealing with customers.
4- Follows-up on orders’ state, quotes needed to be issued, customer’s problems and inquiries on a timely manner and makes sure the product specialist is acting and responding on time for all the actions required.
5- Able to rule out areas that need senior involvement and reports them directly to the manager.
Job Related competencies :
1- Medical (biomedical engineer, physiotherapist, occupational therapist) or Business Background is preferable.
2- Experience in medical sales is a must.
3- Experience in the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation field is an addition.
4- Fast learning and self-education competencies are a must as the targeted employee is expected within few months, to comprehend the scope of work, all suppliers’ equipment and their functions and at the same time start the field work and his supervision tasks.
