Core Job Responsibilities

Managing the planning, development, installation, and maintenance of all exhibit AV systems.
Facilitate prototyping and testing of systems to ensure successful integrations, including collaboration with exhibit AV integrator and exhibit Media Producer(s), as well as Manager of Integrated Systems.
Facilitate selection and procurement process for exhibit AV Integrator and oversee the creation of bid package documents and RFPs
Building the team that will lead the installation and maintenance of the museum AV systems.
Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
Proven experience managing AV system integration projects preferably in a museum or within the cultural sector
Deep understanding of connected systems, including network design, show control, and automation systems; as well as familiarity with cutting-edge technology in lighting, show control, A/V systems, media servers, …etc
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
