We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our key initiatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing projects that redefine our industry and fuel our growth. You will navigate complex challenges, inspire a team of professionals, and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budgets.
Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party to deliver projects according to plan.
Define project objectives, scope, and resources in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
PMP or equivalent certification highly preferred.
3+ years of direct work experience in project management capacity.
Proven track record in delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills.
