Job Title: Senior product owner – 6 months of engagement – Onsite at SDAIA Co. in Riyadh.
For only 6 months of engagement, we need a Senior product owner to join SDAIA onsite in Riyadh.
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Owner for a 6-month engagement. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Owner capacity within a technology-based company, along with a strong technical background that complements your product expertise. Additionally, candidates with PSPO certifications or experience with the Scaled Agile Framework will be given preference.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a feature vision, from concept to delivery, and effectively communicating it to the Scrum team and key stakeholders across the business. You must possess the ability to collect and analyze feedback from multiple sources, including customers and users, and develop a feature that carries a strong return on investment. In addition, you must be proficient in conducting customer interviews, market research, and presenting data to product organizations and other executives within the business.
Your role also includes creating, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog, release plans, and sprint backlog. You must be able to develop user stories in the depth required to enable implementation teams to efficiently deliver a quality outcome. You will also collaborate with other Scrum teams to define, track, and integrate components across related solutions.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a diplomatic approach to conflict resolution. You must maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders, the market, and customers, while ensuring that the product/feature meets or exceeds the metrics for time, revenue/profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to act as an evangelist for the product, sharing insights throughout the company and driving user acceptance testing and test defect resolution.
