Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You will leverage your expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to design and prototype solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, and incorporate findings into design solutions.
• UX Strategy: Define user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to ensure a seamless and effective user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on design requirements and project goals.
• Design Systems: Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and accomplishments.
• Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Experience with additional design tools is a plus.
• Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centric solutions.
• Education: A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
