Position Overview

Provide support technical and administrative support to clients and advisers related to general commercial lines of insurance.

Responsibilities

· Process requests for general commercial lines from sales agents and direct clients via HubSpot.

· Contact clients directly via phone or email for fact finding and identify type of cover required.

· Provide clients with necessary proposal forms for quoting.

· File all received client documents, following filing protocol.

· Contact insurance providers for quotations and comparison. Follow-up for providers TAT.

· Review quotes and negotiate.

· Provide clients quote and technical overview of cover via call, email, or in-person.

· Follow-up with client for official email confirmation and terms acceptance.

· Secure cover confirmation from providers.

· Collect KYC forms and supporting documents, IDs, TL, MOA, VAT certificate, etc.

· Submit policy documents to provider and process policy activation.

· Follow-up for client payments. Collect proof of payment, then receipt from provider.

· Process KYC validation with Callidus (To be done before payment.

· Create client account in Praktora

· Share invoices with Invoicing Team for booking.

· Share payment receipt with client and cc Credit Control Team for payment allocation.

· Close HS ticket

· Track renewals, request renewals policy terms and update client. **

· Process midterm requests, including claims and endorsements.
