Sharaf Shipping Agency is seeking experienced and dedicated individuals for the roles of Freight Forwarding/ Break-bulk / Project Cargo Sales : Sales Executives / Sr Sales Executives/ Assistant Manager /Business Development Manager.

Job Location: Dubai

Job Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential clients in line with our services and target market.
• Develop and nurture leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to address their shipping requirements.
3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring mutual benefit.
4. Sales Pipeline Management:
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Utilize market insights to tailor sales strategies and approaches.
6. Targets and Quotas:
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Strive to meet or exceed individual performance quotas and objectives.
7. Client Engagement Events:
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the agency’s services.
• Represent the company professionally and engage potential clients.

Requirements
Minimum 2 to 8 years of Sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping/Liner/ Break Bulk / Project Cargo.
Experienced with excellent negotiations skills .
Should have a valid UAE driving license
