Property Consultant
(Salary + Commission)
We are experts in properties, a real estate brokerage company based in Dubai and we are looking for Property Consultant who can join our growing company immediately.
You will be responsible in providing property investment advice to clients. As an effective property consultant, you must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills, you should also be able to determine the customer requirements and preferences, be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and secure the best real estate deals for clients.
Responsibilities
• Keeping up to date with the latest industry developments and company offerings
• Be updated on all topmost developer projects
• Conduct research and analysis of the property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
• Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
• Maintaining and updating database with customer information.
• Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Schedule property viewing with the potential clients.
• Prepare and present business proposals to convince/Advise clients and secure a deal
• Addressing any customer queries and complaints
Requirements
• Proven work experience in Sales for Real Estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Highly motivated individual
• With UAE driver’s license (preferred)
• Preferably female
