Our successful Assistant Housekeeper …
Assist the executive Housekeeper on planning staffing requirements to achieve an efficient productivity in the department considering business demands and seasonal trends.
Facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations are anticipated and exceeded
Assist with the management of the entire housekeeping, public area and laundry functions of the hotel.
Effectively manage the Housekeeping finance and administration including budgets, records, audit requirements, salaries, wages, operating equipment and guest supply
develop & implement action plans ensuring the optimal functioning of all Housekeeping operations
Access and interpret Human Resource policies and legislative requirements for efficient implementation, Coach and guide new members of the team, formulate training plans and conduct.

Hotel management educational qualification is required
Middle east experience is an advantage
minimum of 4 years’ experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel with 2 years gained at the level of Supervisor;
Computer literacy – Word, Excel & Outlook;
knowledge of hotel PMS System; OPERA;
Leadership and team management
Positive attitude and good communication skills
