Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
Allocate resources effectively, considering manpower, equipment, and materials required for different project phases.
Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with the project and develop mitigation strategies.
Challenge and develop project scopes and specifications to meet the project objectives and to optimise compliance with technical standards.
Client/Stakeholder engagement and management.
Lead the safe delivery of projects to the required quality and the agreed schedule and cost.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in any discipline, university degree is preferred and PMP certificate too.
Minimum 10 years direct Project Management experience managing FPSO and Offshore Fixed Platform Maintenance resources and projects including.
Client engagement and business development
Experience with Floating Structures, could be FPSO’s Buoys and Offshore Fixed Platform Maintenance including EPC etc.
Demonstrated supervisory and administration skills necessary to organise and lead a project team, develop design / implementation schedules, and provide on-going status reports to the senior management team and clients.
Exposure to managing budgets, liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers etc
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral.
