We are looking for Projects Coordinator / Project Estimator, should be passionate, self-motivated, and dedicated candidate with a strong attention to detail. You must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines. You will coordinate and monitor all the resources essential for completing the project on time and within budget.
Requirements, qualifications, and skills
· To have proven experience in the oil / gas and marine projects / GCC Market (more than 5 years)
· Knowledgeable of rope access and related oil and gas requirements
· Well-connected in the market within the oil/gas and marine fields
· Able to estimate job accurately during sites inspections
· Liaising with clients throughout projects to ensure further business is relationships are developed.
· Able to build and manage competent technical teams and oversea projects
· Knowledge in but not limited to NDT, rigging lifting, blasting/ painting, basic fabrication and repairs.
· Degree in Engineering, Construction Science or relevant discipline is an advantage
· Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) will be an asset
· Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Team-management and leadership skills
· Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
· Familiarity with financial and project management principles
· Attention to details even under pressure
· Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
