We are looking for Senior Business Development Executive (Oil and Gas/Construction Sector), should be passionate, self-motivated, and dedicated candidate with a strong attention to detail. You must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines. You will coordinate and monitor all the resources essential for completing the project on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Ability to plan and generate new leads through Business Development
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Meeting required sales targets

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar qualifications.
Experience working in Oil and Gas and/or Construction Sector a must.
Extensive sales experience in Rope access or similar industries (scaffold, or other access solutions, BMU, construction) an advantage
Experience: Minimum 3 Years in UAE is Must
Valid UAE driving license are required
Current position and experience of candidates should be same in Sales/Business Development
Must be good in English communication
