We are URGENTLY looking for Kitchen Head (DCDP level) for a fast growing chain of Restaurant (Barbeque Filipino Cuisine) in the UAE . The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the brand in providing exceptional food quality, presentation and Kitchen Management.
Responsibilities
We need a Leader who has experience of handling a team more than 4 Kitchen staff,
Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff
Qualifications
3-5 years’ of culinary or kitchen experience in the UAE preferably in Barbeque/ Filipino Cuisine
PIC certificate will be an advantage
Salary depends on your skills & experience AED 2400 All in, + Overtime + Monthly Incentives + Health Insurance + Standard benefits as per UAE labour law,- Please send your cv to [email protected]
