Position QA/QC Head/Manager MEP For Saudi Arabia
Basic Qualification Bachelor’s Engg Degree Civil or Structural or Mechanical
Experience Required 12 +Years of direct experience in QA/QC in which 5 years must be in same role as QC HEAD managing QMS & Quality control activities relating to the Contract Scope of work (e.g. building construction projects, utilities, and infrastructure)
Salary: 10000-15000 SAR
Working experiences Minimum 5 years of Experience in modular building system, building construction projects, utilities & infrastructure
Reporting To Corporate QA/QC Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Management and Control of the QA/QC department staff.
2.Allocation and Assignment of QA/QC staff to projects.
3.Liaison between Company and clients on all issues relating to QA/QC.
4.Manage the Department Business and Control the Cost.
5.Manage the Project from Tendering Stage till the Testing and Commissioning.
6.Develop the Staff Skills and ensure their capabilities to perform their jobs safely.
7.Develop the procedures and the work instructions for the Modular Building system division (EMBS).
8.Lead and manage the daily activities in his allocated areas and overall planning activities of EMBS.
9.Ensure efficient job planning, spares planning, budgeting, processing invoices, procurement
and Project and Engineering functions to improve systems reliability and Services availability also ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment and facilities.
10.Improve Services reliability and availability.
11.Adhere to Company Safety and Quality Policies, Rules and Regulations, as well Clients specific policies.
12.Compliance to clients’ safety rules and regulations.
13.To assist in QA / QC functions during MEP Project Management.
14.Evaluate the clients’ scope of work, plan & assign resources to execute the project requirements.
15.Attend clients’ meeting and update on Quality Control activities.
16.Ensure that client Quality Standards are adhered too.
17.Review of all Quality Control documentation prepared for client acceptance.
18.Attend construction, progress & quality meetings.
19.Preparation of Quality Control training materials.
20.Update & knowledge of relevant inspection codes e.g. ASHRAE, SBC, UPC, IPC, NFPA, NEC,etc.
21.Data review & co-relation of information.
22.Advice project personnel on Quality Control related activities.
23.Resolve in conjunction with the Site Project Manager on all activities relating on Quality Control on site.
