Sells with goals of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
Develops sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations.
Actively generates new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including customer referrals, and partner relationships.
Retains customer base by ensuring a superior customer experience.
Maintains and builds customer relationships to drive customer retention; works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations through strong customer service orientation with excellent follow up.
Attends out-of-office meetings with customers on a regular basis and demonstrates excellent verbal and written skills and skill in presenting, persuading, and negotiating.
Increase the market size, by satisfying existing customers, identifying potential new customers & new opportunities in the market.
Ensures that customer complaints are dealt with high level of competence and adequacy and customer satisfaction is of paramount importance.
Provide and liaise technical service promote support to any problem/complaint/concern from the customers on timely manner.
Provides monthly reports to management on sales results including interpretations and recommendations, as well as other information on business conditions, which contribute to the company’s operating circumstances.
Direct and manage the activities and work of subordinates by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, and providing feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance.
