Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and DHA-licensed Beauty Therapist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for beauty and wellness, excellent selling skills, customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. As a licensed beauty therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of beauty and spa treatments, including but not limited to facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
Assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend and sell appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.
Provide personalized beauty advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work area and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting clients, addressing their concerns, and creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
Keep accurate records of client treatments, products used, and any relevant information.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through continuous education and training.
Promote, upsell, and cross-sell beauty products and services to clients.
Handle client inquiries and appointments efficiently.
Qualifications
DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Beauty Therapist.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in beauty therapy is a plus.
Proven experience of at least 5 years (3 years in UAE) as a beauty therapist, preferably in an aesthetics clinic setting.
Strong knowledge of various beauty treatments, techniques, and products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules.
