Senior Quality Software Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate sprint stories with team resources to ensure QA commitments are achievable.
Review stories in detail to participate in grooming, sprint planning, and assess testing efforts
Define and develop test plans and test cases for new features and integration testing
Perform hands-on manual test execution
Automate test cases for functional regression testing
Monitor daily regression builds to ensure quality of code is consistently maintained
Contribute to product design to ensure testability and robustness of products and features
Participate in Agile projects to deliver quality products to serve our customer’s
Work closely with PM and Develops to deliver high quality releases for production.
Qualifications
BS/MS in CS or equivalent with at least 6+ years of software quality assurance experience testing and releasing mission critical enterprise cloud platform applications.
Strong experience in testing real-time data processing, server log analysis and software integrations.
Strong experience in API testing
Strong experience working with relational databases, such as MySQL or Oracle, with extensive SQL scripting experience.
