Ideally you should have experience in projects of fast paced & demanding environment within the hotel, retail, or hospitality sectors.

We’re looking for someone exceptional who can…
· Management of company contracts scopes, ensure all parties deliveries their scopes as per agreed programme with the client.
· Support company in preparing portions of the request for proposals.
· Ensure proper document control support is given to each project.
· Responsible for coordinating all departments of the company to assure that all documents are kept in the right place and in the right department file archive.
· Ensure that all corporate documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the documents submission due date.
· Formatting to ensure matches branding corporate branding guidelines.
· Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
· File documents in correct location in digital folder.
· Assist in amending and creating templates that is both functional, flexible and formatted correctly.
· Make sure that all documents have no errors in file names, submissions,
· Manage the flow of documentation with sub-consultants and other stakeholders as necessary.
· Create and update document control procedures.
· Produce and update various project related documents such as trackers, dashboards, reports and letters.
· Assist project teams in setting up meeting invites, create meeting minutes, agendas.
· Motivate others; maintain effective processes for nurturing projects.
· Present with authority and enthusiasm.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Management or similar.
Well experience with Microsoft Programmes (Word, Excel and Power Point).
Proficient typing and editing skills.
Familiarity with project management and design management.
Data organization skills.
Fluent in English.
