As the Sales Executive, the role holder shall generate business for the Group in accordance with organizational business plan, shall attend inbound queries and outbound communications to identify prospects, Sales of precision lifestyle and lifestyle products to net worth individuals, negotiate and close the deal with the clients. He/ She must understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The candidate would report to the Head of Business development.
Outbound inquiries
· Defining the market, sectors, and segments to focus on Market analysis
· Defining strategies to identify the prospects and generate leads based on demographic of companies
· Contact prospects through emails and phone to identify opportunities
· Introducing the services to interested parties
· Maintain record and status of contacted parties
· Follow-up with clients to book an appointment
· Meeting the clients to discuss the service and solutions
· Customize the solutions based on client needs and closing deals
· Establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
Inbound inquiries
· Attend and co-ordinate all sales enquiries in line with the company’s sales process
· Monitor the status of all live enquiries to ensure all inquiries are answered in a timely professional manner.
· Understand clients expressed and unexpressed needs and update them with the solutions and services THB can offer
· Send company introduction and services catalogues.
· Maintain database of all inbound queries received form inbound calls.
· Coordinate with Management team to resolve queries.
· Understand client needs, and propose solution based on budget and scope
Quotation and Negotiation
· Develop and share service proposal/quotation based on the meeting with client
· Resolve queries and negotiate based on the quotation sent
· Modification and customization of agreement.
· Liaising with THB accounts for billing and payment
Customer Service and Feedback:
· Channelize the communication between internal team and clients till the account is handed over to the THB ops team
· Regular communication with existing clients to seek feedback on services offered and resolve complaints if any
· Maintain and update customer communication report and presenting it to Management on Quarterly basis
· Support Internal team to understand client needs and expectations.
MIS:
· Weekly sales report and Trend analysis to be submitted to Management
Marketing strategies
o Identify effective means of advertisements to respective client base
o Provide support in development of Marketing tools
Experience
· 5 years’ experience
· Proven track record in achieving aggressive sales and performance targets
· Experience working in the Middle East or with diverse clientele and field sales
· Airline, HNI clients, Hospitality, real estate, banking, insurance experience would be of value
Qualifications:
· Valid UAE driver’s license and own car
· Excellent communication in English
· Proficient in email tools, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
· Native English speaker
