Restaurant Manager

The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike. You will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. A natural leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operation with a hands-on approach and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased footfall/delivery
Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to employees on preparation, guest profile, service and menu served
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Organize and supervise shifts
Manage and lead the restaurant team
Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
Comply with fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent grooming standards

Qualifications
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is strongly preferred
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Able to meet financial targets
Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
