In our journey towards revolutionizing the way of learning, we are working towards enabling learners across the world by providing easily accessible, personalized, affordable and good quality education evaluated on their needs, availability and flexibility. We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Business Development Executive (Arabic Speaker) who is required to source leads, contact existing leads and deliver Trusity’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently meet or exceed set targets.

• Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, driving new business with untapped customers.

• Develop sales targets and reports.

• Proactively initiate and follow up with prospective clients over phone, email and WhatsApp (B2B/ B2C).

• Achieve targets in a high-pressure performance driven and competitive environment.

• Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.

• Monitor self-performance while keeping track of factors like conversion, revenue generated per lead, revenue per sale, etc.

• Establish, develop and maintain partnership networks for the effective deployment and marketing of various products and services from Trusity’s platform.

Skills & Requirements:

• Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch confidently.

High level of initiative, motivation and ability to network both internally and externally to identify business opportunities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• At least 3 years of business development experience in education or a related field.

• Flexible working hours as per business needs

Salary : 5000 to 6000 AED as per the experience
