Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a quantity surveyor with Unifab CO., located in Riyadh. The quantity surveyor will be responsible for estimating and managing construction costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budgetary constraints. They will also be responsible for analyzing project specifications as well as creating and managing construction budgets, as well as ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
· Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or
a related field
· At least 5 years of experience working in a Quantity Surveyor role
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plans
· Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with superb attention to
detail
· Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and estimation software/tools
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
· Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for construction
projects
· Knowledge of cost management, scheduling, and project management
· Ability to interpret data and provide insights as applicable
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree (civil or structural engineering)
Experience: up to 5 years
Job Location: Riyadh (Desk & On-Site)
Working Hours: 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM
Salary package: SAR monthly, or above
