Our company is looking for a skilled software implementation specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications, as well as providing training and support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Linux, active and passive networking elements, database management, software documentation, project management tools, and implementation procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Install and configure software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Perform system upgrades and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Develop and maintain software documentation.
• Participate in project planning and coordination.
• Develop implementation procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain organized project documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software implementation.
• Strong understanding of Linux.
• Experience with active networking elements such as switches.
• Experience with passive networking elements.
• Experience in working with DB and SQL.
• Experience in developing software documentation and training.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to develop implementation procedures and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
