Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Telecom/Sales Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the store team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, ensure product availability, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching team members.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of work experience in the Telecom/ Sales Industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
