As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, identifying their needs, and offering them the best property solutions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the real estate industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Attend networking events and develop a strong professional network
Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant in Dubai
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Sales-driven mindset and target-oriented approach
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations
Valid UAE driving license
