European Sales Executive required.
Develop and oversee relationships with clients to ensure top level service is provided to clients.
Visit existing clients and follow up. Grow potential clients by number and retain them.
Communicate within the internal departments. To liaise at all times for quotations, design, discount in pricing, order progress and follow up.
To ensure on time and scheduled response to customers in a well versed manner. And assist clients in accomplishing sales orders and quotation.
To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required.
To produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve. Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report. Prepare clear sales analysis, as well as sales reports, sales-order status, sales agreements, in-time proposals and presentations. Presentation of the same to management.
Ensure an efficient tracking system of all orders, its paper-work and payments.
Up-keep of a client and agents’ database – updating where necessary to allow effective relationship.
Prepare sales plan and accomplish business development activities.
Achieve Sales operational objectives and meet sales financial objectives by achieving targets.
Communicate with target market and manage customer relationships.
Responsible for expanding and retaining clients.
Responsible for collecting payments well on time.
Attend and represent events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions on behalf of VS ME.
Search for new targets in the market.
