Role Summary
Responsible about managing Fit Out business opportunities work in the fields of offices, retails, and hospitality sectors, thereby to increase business revenue and enlarging market share. Responsibilities will include preparation, discussion and closing out sales proposals all the way to work closely with project teams and clients for successful projects handover.
Requirement
Candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience as Business Developer or Sales Executive at interior, Fit Out or similar business fields in Riyadh city. Good technical and commercial knowledge in promoting interior design and execution. Candidates should have established relationship and customer base network for steady business acquisition in Riyadh city. Candidates should be able to communicate in both Arabic and English languages and have a Saudi driving license. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
