Main accountabilities:
In addition to the below-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
• Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and maintain regular communication with key customers in the territory. Make direct, in-person sales call, carry out field visits, and respond quickly and thoroughly to customers’ inquiries.
• Prepare and create technical and sales offers for clients at market price level according to current sales policy.
• Liaise with PBUs/Competence Centers/Logistics/Customer Service about pump assembly, product modifications, delivery, and commissioning.
• Liaise with level 3 support organization (competence centers) on the subject of complex application or tender support.
• Identify potential clients for prospective business opportunity.
• Maintain relations with consultants, OEM, and other key decision makers.
• Solicit and log client feedback. Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia, willing to live in the Eastern Region
• 3-5 years’ experience in pump industry or related products and applications-specific knowledge is a MUST
• Strong customer service focus, sense of urgency to meet or exceed customer expectations, and achieve daily commitments.
• Proficient in the use of ERP systems, Microsoft Office including MS Excel, SAP and product sizing software.
