HVAC Technician
Key Responsibilities
Carries out daily testing and water treatment as directed by the supervisor.
Maintains proper conditions of workshops / work areas.
Coordinates with contracting company personals such as fire alarm system & equipment, elevator, water treatment etc. as directed by the supervisor.
To assist all repairs and maintenance of various HVAC systems.
Assists in the implementation and execution for servicing and attending to repairs on various types of electrical equipment, such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilating and air-conditioning equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, water treatment plants and electricity generators.
Attends to preventive maintenance on Air Conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Assists in corrective action to repairs and maintenance of electrical circuits in all areas of Hotel control.
Operates audio, video and TV equipment as requested.
Advises on improvements to present AC & Ref systems.
Ensures that the Plant Room, workshop and related areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises, including any new additional / extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the Hotel.
