Engineering Administrative Assistant Job Vacancy In Dubai, UAE

· Directs and coordinates the office administration according to Manager’s instructions and property policies and procedures.

· Receives all incoming correspondence, stamps the date, signs and submit these to the manager.

· Reviews and checks all incoming correspondence to ensure completeness of necessary information and signature for the manager’s attention.

· Takes dictation, type and send all correspondence etc.

· Follow-up replies to all correspondence, notes and instructions.

· Prepares Monthly Engineering Report, Daily Reports.

· Prepares and records all outgoing payment requests to be submitted to Finance.

Records all outgoing Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisition for any information needed

· Keeps files in order and up to date.

· Make weekly requisitions for office supplies and control issuance of office supplies to ensure optimum usage.

Receives and answers telephone calls

· Promptly relays important messages to conceived staff especially on operational matters.

· Responsible for recording Engineering personnel’s attendance record.

· Report all accidents, dangerous occurrences, or hazards, no matter how minor, to the manager.
