Program Delivery Administrator Job Vacancy In Dubai, UAE

This is a Contract role through ManpowerME – 12 months renewable contract

Key Objectives

Provide direct support to the PMO and wider team to facilitate delivery of meaningful business insights to support Leadership and the S&P team in the effective allocation of resources
Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks such as the development of key documentation, facilitation of effective resource allocation and project management support

Role Details

Project Database Support

Support the PMO to maintain a transparent, visible project portfolio for all existing affiliate projects.
Support creation & maintenance of GCC PBO Database as per Client’s / Regional deadlines
Support tracking of project KPIs and liaising with relevant teams and functions for data collection and validation
Support creation of project portfolio overviews and project performance decks to regional hub and local affiliate

Project Execution Support

Support PMO with governance boards materials, including the development of supportive business cases alongside project managers, and reviewing governance presentations
Support CPM with upkeep of project milestones/status of exist projects and effective allocation of resources in new project management system
Assist on AD Hoc CAPEX spending approval requests, liaising with MEA headquarters and other functions to get tasks done
Participate in the simplification and improvement of S&PD processes and tasks

PMO Documentation Support

Manage repository of key PMO documentation, tools and methodologies, and communications
Support PMO in consolidation and documentation of project lessons learned and share with all relevant stakeholders
Support PMI in the creation of a Digital PBO and relevant PM training modules, if needed

Critical Knowledge & Experiences

Strong analytical skills with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ when it comes to problem solving
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work within stringent timelines
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail
Strong team player, but with the ability to deliver work independently when required
Previous experience having worked in a similar professional capacity (e.g. Project Management or Strategy and Planning role would be beneficial)
